James Beard Award-winning author Susan Simon will be giving a talk about Simon’s experiences traveling the world and writing and publishing cookbooks at the Hudson Area Library. The event also features samples of her recipes. Copies of her new book "The Cook and the Rabbi" will be available for sale and signing.
