The Claverack Library presents a hands-on cooking experience utilizing fresh produce from local farms. Learn new recipes, prepare simple and nutritious dishes, learn the health benefits of eating local foods, taste the “fruit” of your efforts and enjoy the company of your neighbors. The workshop is led by IRENE YOUNG who has taught cooking classes in NYC and Columbia County over the last two decades.
