Hosted by Kieran Riley (Monday); Randall Martin, Kim Singletary (1st, 3rd Tuesday); Randall Martin (2nd, 4th Tuesday); a rotating collection of hosts (Wednesday); Tom DePietro, Selha Graham (Thursday); Tom Roe (Friday, Saturday); Azouke Legba, Carline Murphy (Sunday).

In the latest Hudson Valley Word of Mouth segment, Julia Joern meets up in Hudson's Promenade Hill Park with Seth Kamil, founder of Big Onion Walking Tours and the soon-to-be-launched Hudson Valley Rover Tours. Now in its 30th year, Big Onion Walking Tours -- known worldwide for its comprehensive tours exploring the rich diversity of New York City -- has recently expanded to the Hudson Valley. This is the first in a series of ongoing interviews with Kamil, an expert in weaving together the stories of the architecture, history, and culture of our region. Also, poet, actor, playwright, and stage director Carol Durant has been not only producing her own work but encouraging the work of many, many others in the Capital Region with her Outliers Poetry Brunch and work with the Black Theatre Troupe of Upstate New York. WOOC correspondent Meg sat down with Durant to talk about her life in the art. And Cheryl K has a conversation with Joy Harjo, the 23rd Poet Laureate of the United States. She will discuss her first new recording of original music in 10 years, “I Pray for My Enemies” (Sunyata Records/Sony Orchard Distribution). Harjo is a renowned performer and writer, and the first Native American to hold the honor of Poet Laureate. She is also only the second Poet Laureate Consultant in Poetry to serve three terms. Harjo is a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and belongs to Oce Vpofv (Hickory Ground).

The show features local news, interviews with community leaders and personalities, a rundown of local and regional events, weather updates, and more about and for the community. The show is a place for a community conversation about issues, with music, and more. Saturday the emphasis is more on radio art, and art on the radio. Unlike shows by individual programmers on the station, the "WGXC Afternoon Show" is considered partially station-run. The Wednesday show calls itself the "Drive-Time Show" and Sunday's is "Li Le, Le Tan."
