Produced by many contributors.
The current election ends Aug. 23, and is unusual for two reasons: the 2020 redistricting and subsequent legal challenges settled district lines later than usual, and the appointment of Antonio Delgado to lieutenant governor necessitated a special election for someone to serve out his term. Shirley Buel, president of the League of Women Voters of Rensselaer County explains to WOOC's Cathy Silber what area voters need to know to vote in this election. Visit Vote411.org to see what will be on your ballot and where your polling place will be.
