As the Climate Action Council prepares to vote on their Final Scoping Plan on Dec. 19, climate advocacy groups criticized last minute environmentally unsound proposals advanced by the fossil fuel industry. The groups said that the Council has so far refused to release a copy of the draft plan in apparent violation of the state's open meetings law.
