Snowden discusses the societal implication of pandemic, and the importance of corporation and planning. Snowden received his B.A. degree in Government from Harvard in 1968 D.Phil. Degree in 1975 from Oxford. He was an Assistant Professor of History at Yale University, 1975 – 1978, a Lecturer, then Reader, in History at the University of London from 1978 – 1990; and a Professor of History at Yale University, where remained from 1991 until his retirement in 2018.
