On each Catskill Cabin Conversations broadcast, invited guests are asked to discuss a number of items that they would take with them on a Catskill cabin getaway. As they discuss their chosen items, it is intended that you, the listener, will enjoy getting to know each guest that little bit better.

Josh Fromer considers himself to be at bit of a polymath. He graduated from Green Mountain College in 2006, and his primary employer is a well-known auto parts company in Tannersville, NY. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Hunter Foundation, a local organization that is known primarily for restoring buildings in the Town of Hunter and surrounding areas, and leasing them to prospective and aspiring business owners.
