This month's Beakuency takes a holiday break from interviews, and focuses on bird-inspired music. Sparrow Song from Dan Melchior's "Hill Country Piano" (2024), Kate Carr's album "A Field Guide To Phantasmic Birds" (2023), "Boundaries" by Seaworthy & Matt Rösner from their album created during their artist residency at a wildlife sanctuary (2024), 0018's song "Free Proud Birds" (2024), and a few tracks from "Can You Hear Me", a brand new release by David Evans (2024).

Also on the show: outtakes from interviews with Chris Funkhouser, who was on the show in July, and with George Steel in November.
