This edition of EIRR will feature spoken word recordings, interviews, music and sound emphasizing the voice, songs about words, and more, including Yertle the Turtle by Dr. Seuss produced for radio/LP in the 1960s, interviews with composer Conlon Nancarrow, excerpts from Marshall McCluhan, composer Michael Mantler's collaborations with Samuel Beckett, cassette recordings of poet Etheridge Knight, and other surprises.
