The following hour features an uninterrupted program of solo and group recordings produced this past week by artists in residence -- Peter Edwards, Phil Stearns, and Phil White -- at the free103point9 Wave Farm's newly completed Study Center. Pete Edwards (aka Casper Electronics) lives in Troy, loves pineapple juice, and performs with a custom self-built modular synthesizer. Phil Stearns, who has work in the Transmittal show at the GCCA Gallery, lives in Brooklyn and plays mixer feedback with custom electronics. Phil White lives in Brooklyn, and plays noise music on a mixer feedback system with a number of homemade circuits. The first half of the program features three recordings are solo works by Phil White, Phil Stearns, and Pete Edward, played in that order. The second half features three recordings of all three artist performing together.
