Dennis Darrah features music from Slovenia, part of Eastern Europe and/or the Balkans, and the group called Sirom. They create an imagined "folk" music drawing on musical traditions from around the world, utilizing frame drums, kalimba, viola, banjo, balafon, and many other instruments.

Music from around the world is featured. Bringing the audience into the realm of other cultures through music, hopefully expanding empathy for the “other”, and recognizing that “other” in ourselves.
