In the first hour, Hudson Valley historian Sylvia Hasenkopf will talk about The Cairo Historical Society's Annual Archival Day, scheduled for Sat., Sept. 21 in the Soho Room of the Cairo Public Library, 15 Railroad Ave., from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
