The show looks at the work involved at WGXC via two interviews, one with Morning Show host Phil Grant, who talks about the various careers that allowed him to come to this station during his retirement, and Galen Joseph-Hunter, the executive director of Wave Farm, of which WGXC is a program division. She talks about the origins of the station. Both conversations address the ways in which listener pledges allow for a platform to exist for those willing to work for love.
