After the local news, Emilia, Lina, Fahim, AJ, and Emily discuss books they love, books they're currently reading, and other teen media and literary topics. Emilia and Fahim are students at the Hudson Junior/Senior High School. Lina is a student at Montgomery C. Smith School, and AJ is a student at the Liberi School. Emily is the director of the Hudson Area Library and has been involved with WGXC since May 2010. Bound By Books has been broadcasting on WGXC since 2011. Emily is the director of the Hudson Area Library. Catskill High School news follows at 9:45 a.m.

Emily Chameides has been involved with WGXC since May 2010, first as the Youth Program Coordinator and then as co-host of Bound By Books. She lives in Hudson and is the Director of the Hudson Area Library. Emily worked as Director of Media Education and Exhibitions at the Children’s Media Project from 2002 to 2010 in Poughkeepsie, New York, where she served as a mentor for youth producers of Radio Uprising on WVKR.

"Bound By Books" airs after the local news at 6 p.m. Thursdays and 9 a.m. Sundays, and is followed by other local news.
