Catskill resident Scott Myers will Skype in during the second hour of the show to discuss the plan to build a new Greene County Jail in Coxsackie, next door to the Greene Correctional Facility. Myers is an outspoken critic of the project, which If constructed, would be the largest capital project in the county's history. The facility would be financed with a 30-year municipal bond, translating into a debt service obligation of approximately $2.7 million per year.
