The WGXC Morning Show continues. Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Middle School students participating in the Capital Region Eat Smart New York Program and Cornell Cooperative Extension cooking competition Wed., May 11, will discuss the cook-off and healthy eating. They will be joined by Molly Jennes, a family and consumer science teacher at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Middle School, and Sara LaFountain, community educator with the Capital Region Eat Smart New York Program, who will talk about nutrition education in local schools.
