Tom Roe hosts the "WGXC Morning Show" live from Wave Farm Study Center in Acra, NY. Local interviews, news, weather, public meetings, local events, and more will be included. This show is during WGXC Spring Pledge Drive. One interview will include Tracy Brown from Riverkeeper, who will discuss the Catskill Creek Water Quality Presentation at 7 p.m. March 13 at Cornell Cooperative Extension's Agroforestry Resource Center, 6055 NYS Route 23, in Acra. Riverkeeper has been testing the Hudson River for fecal contamination and sewage discharges since 2006 and sharing the results with the public. In 2010 Riverkeeper partnered with the Catskill Creek Watershed Awareness Project to test Catskill Creek for fecal contamination, from the head of tide in Catskill to the South Cairo Bridge.
