This time Errant Space explores the minimal end of the ambient spectrum and experimenting with generative processes. The result is probably the most languid podcast yet. Insomniacs take note! The last three-quarters of this one was recorded during an all day performance at Newburgh Open Studios on September 25, 2015. There’s a lot of material left from that day that will likely show up in future podcasts.

The Errant Space Podcast has been produced monthly since 2015. Its focus is improvised ambient and experimental sounds. It often features interesting collaborations with innovative musicians, as well as studio creations and live performances by Errant Space.

Errant Space is a project of composer/sound artist Craig Chin. Its goal is spatio-temporal dilation through sound. Performances are site-specific, spontaneous compositions influenced by both the physical characteristics of the space they are performed in and the occupants of that space.
