Dr. Phil Mollica , MS, DMD, NMD. He is Professor Emeritus from the Departments of Dentistry and Integrative Medicine at Capital University of Integrative Medicine, Washington, D.C. He holds Ozone Therapy in Dentistry courses 25 to 30 times per year and is the director at Wellville Institute for Advanced Oxygen Studies. Dr. Mollica explains that ozone is the only gas that carries a negative charge. Inflammation an infections are positively charged. When a decayed area is bathed in ozone gas it creates a negative charge in that area so that minerals in the body which carry a positive charge can be attracted to the area and re-mineralize the site of decay.
