Songs and skits from The Wellingtons ("The Ballad of Gilligan's Isle,"); Napoleon XIV ("They're Coming to Take Me Away"); Crowded House ("Don't Dream It's Over"); R.B. Greaves ("Take A Letter Maria"); Neil Young ("Sell Out"); and Brian Dewan ("The Civil War"). Excerpts and clips from Sarah Huckabee Sanders; Anthony Atamanuik, Peter Grosz, and Nina Turner from "The President Show;" Ali Velshi; Seth Meyers from "Late Night;" Ed Lavandera; Stephen Colbert from "The Late Show;" Lawrence O'Donnell; Trevor Noah from "The Daily Show;" Peter D. Hart; Chuck Todd; Brian Ross; Katy Tur; Michael Che and Alec Baldwin from "Saturday Night Live;" Ari Melber; Craig Melvin; Charlie Brown and teacher from "Peanuts;" Jim Bakker; and Roger Stone. An original radio theatre show each week, with most sounds culled from the previous week, about a fictional, theatrical presidency. Contradictions tell the story, with songs, skits, and clips from political news shows and late-night comedy routines. The definition of "radio theatre" is stretched here, with an updated Dickie Goodman and/or Richard Foreman-meets-mashup style sometimes, and a more straightforward take other weeks.
