Wartell teams up with Carline Murphy, co-host of “Li Le, Li Tan,” to bring listeners five hours of music, dance, and other cultural presentations, along with interviews of festival organizers, performers, vendors, and festival attendees. The event, now in its third year, is organized by the Columbia County Sanctuary Movement..
