Frank Serpico will discuss recent incidents in Ferguson, Mo., Staten Island and Brooklyn. Serpico, is the former New York City police officer made famous for exposing police corruption. His efforts resulted in the appointment of the Knapp Commission in 1970 by Mayor John Lindsay.
