The show features the saxophonist Gary Bartz recorded in 1970 in two different contexts. First with his own band of the time The Ntu Troop, and then with the Miles Davis Band of the time with not only Miles and Bartz but also Keith Jarrett, Jack DeJohnette, John McLaughlin, Airto Moreira, and bassist Michael Henderson.
