Also, Tobe Carey talks about his new film "Rails to the Catskills." A showing of the 96-minute documentary is scheduled Sat., Nov. 8 at the Cairo Library. "Rails to the Catskills" is a history of the railroad industry in the Catskills of New York State.from the canals of the 1820's to the post-Civil War railroad boom.
