Victor Mendolia is the former chairman, and current vice chairman of the Hudson City Democratic Committee. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Positive Health (formerly the AIDS Council of Northeastern New York). Mendolia was a candidate for Hudson Common Council President in the 2015 local elections; he ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of Hudson in 2013. Mendolia is also a former board member of the Hudson Pride Foundation and the Hudson Development Corporation.
