Gridlock Soundlab is a bi-monthly program where DJ sets feature House, Afro Latin Rhythms, Worldbeat, Disco, Electro, and Dance music. Gridlock Soundlab is hosted by 2021 Wave Farm Artist-in-residence Sadie Woods.

Gridlock Soundlab airs first Saturdays from 3-5 AM and second Saturdays from 8-10 PM EST on Wave Farm WGXC Acra 90.7 FM in New York's Upper Hudson Valley, and first and third Fridays from 4-6 PM CST on Lumpen Radio WLPN-LP Chicago 105.5 FM.
