Blending words and sounds, bringing to the airwaves live performances as well as field and studio recordings by writers the host has crossed paths with over the course of a quarter century. This month’s edition of "Poet Ray’d Yo" is dedicated to We Magazine Issue 15, which was released on cassette 30 years ago this month. The program features performances and readings by Allen Ginsberg, Anne Waldman, Nathaniel Mackey, Trudy Morse with Cecil Taylor Workshop Ensemble, Victor Hernández Cruz, Lee Ann Brown, and many others.
