Tune in an interview by Jack Sencabaugh with Francine Matalon-Degni and her husband, Bob Degni, who have purchased and are renovating the New Baltimore Schoolhouse. The four-classroom building, constructed in 1894, served the hamlet of New Baltimore, NY until 1963. Fran has written a book, It’s Elementary: Lessons from the New Baltimore Schoolhouse, featuring oral histories she has collected from former students who attended the school, and has also created a traveling exhibit which is currently on view at the Freightmaster’s Museum at Historic Catskill Point through Sept. 4, 2016. Plus, Thalia Zedek has the Song of the Day before her performance Sat., Aug. 27 at WGXC's "Lodge" show at Riedlbauer's Resort in Round Top. "All Together Now!" is a new evening news show brought to you by WGXC in Greene and Columbia counties, and WOOC in Troy.
