"Dinner with Gray" is a program centered on conversation, listening, and living alongside ambient music.

Ambient music is often treated as a catch-all term, despite its wide history and range. Twice a month, join Gray as they trace a different arc of ambient music history, from its 1970s origins to its current cultural moment, including its overlap with wellness culture, spa music, and relaxation playlists. Some episodes unfold through conversation with Hudson Valley artists and other national and international artists. Others explore ambient music’s history through focused listening alone.

"Dinner with Gray" is hosted by Gray Schiller, who performs in projects such as inyoureyes, Paulastretch, and Grayson in the mirror, and is the Founder of the ambient music nonprofit StretchMetal and a founding member of the Atmospheric Music Alliance.

"Auditions" features prospective WGXC volunteer programmers trying out their proposed radio programs on air for listener feedback.
