Andes Manta is a Columbia County-based band that performs the music of the Andes on more than 35 traditional instruments, such as the quena, or Andean Flute, to the haunting tones of the six-foot long pan-pipes. They will be guests and play live on "Que Cocinare Hoy?" with hosts Mariel Fiori and Antonio Flores-Lobos.
