INCIDENT REPORT is an experimental viewing station for visual projects, located in Hudson, NY We are a model of portability, non-site, no-budget and low-maintenance. We offer an interface between the many publics of the street, and the concepts and issues generated by artists and social thinkers in a wide yet coherent spectrum. INCIDENT REPORT can generate new relationships with intuitive knowledge, visual intelligence, social cognition. We engage in formally arranged projects, as well as improvised situations.
