This edition of the Everything Is Real Radio program features Parts 3 and 4 of Galactic Nightmare by Alan Jefferson. When Jefferson first heard Jeff Wayne's musical version of War of the Worlds, he decided to create his own, epic sci-fi story, working on it for 4 years in his bedroom in Hull, England with a Moog, reel-to-reel tape, a guitar and some pedals. Three decades later in 2015, the entire recording was released in 4 parts as a 2LP on Trunk Records. (Parts 1 and 2 of Galactic Nightmare can be heard on the March and April editions of EIRR in the WGXC archives.)

Everything Is Real Radio broadcasts on the second Sundays of the month from 6-8pm, featuring sounds across the sonic spectrum, blurring genres and focusing on under- and unrecognized artists working in experimental territories.
