WGXC programmers are invited to join the WGXC Training Corps, to train new programmers as they join the on-air community, get volunteer hours, and help create a culture of mentorship and support at the station. To join the WGXC Training Corps, you must attend an informative Train the Trainers session, which will include an overview of training content (how to use the board, the phones, etc.), and an overview of training methodology and practice.
