Three of the top progressive lawyers and activists in the growing fight for civil liberties, civil rights and human rights host this weekly one-hour talk radio show. 17 Columbia University students were investigated and charged with Columbia University rules violations for protesting an event featuring controversial British speaker Tony Robinson. Columbia law professor and attorney Katherine Franke talks about the commission's recommendations and objections to the report's conclusions. She is joined by Kayum Ahmedis, a Doctoral Fellow in International and Comparative Education at Teachers College and an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbia Law School.
