This month’s program is dedicated to the work of Luxembourgian-American poet Pierre Joris, who passed away in February of this year. Examples of a range of his efforts, including his work as an MC, as translator and editor, as teacher, and as poet were uncovered from the Poet Ray’d Yo archive and are presented here. 

Blending words and sounds, bringing to the airwaves live performances as well as field and studio recordings by writers the host has crossed paths with over the course of a quarter century.
