We are presenting the second of two shows dedicated to the 22 countries and one territory we always mentioned. In alphabetical order we are presenting Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Cape Verde, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.  I made an alphabetical error last weel and left Colombia out of the first show. We will start with Colombia and the with the rest of the countries: Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Uruguay, and Venezuela. “Nuestra Música,” “Our Music,” presents the rhythms and folklore of Latin America, Spain, Portugal and Cape Verde. From Tango to Flamenco and all Latinx music in between. The show explores the native instruments, languages and traditions played in 22 countries and one territory. Other than Spanish and Portuguese, Nuestra Música presents songs in Quechua, Mapuche, Guaraní, Nahuatl, Gallego, Spanish Basque, and Catalán. Among many styles we present: Tango, Chacarera, Baguala, Zamba with a Z and Samba with and S, Bossa Nova, Cumbia, Llanero, Vallenato, Merengue, Parrandera, Son, Bolero, Ranchera, Corrido, Marimba, Fado, Flamenco, Sevillanas, Jota, Blues, Jazz, Danzon, Mambo and many more.
