This week music from a golden age of music in Africa, the 1970s and 1980s Africa. West Africa in particularly is represented today by the Nigerian Musical group Pax Nicholas and the Netty Family and from Ghana by the group Sweet Talks. Music from around the world is featured. Bringing the audience into the realm of other cultures through music, hopefully expanding empathy for the “other”, and recognizing that “other” in ourselves.
