For our final episode we are joined by Ariel Herman, co-founder of Rivertide Martial Arts, Yoga & Wellness in Catskill, NY. Ariel will share the story of their dojo and the various offerings there. Tune in for the season finale!

Justin is a sound and visual artist in the upper Hudson Valley with a talent for drawing people together and losing in rock, paper, scissors.
