The Town Board of the Town of Taghkanic holds a public hearing for the purpose of considering the enactment of a local law titled: "A LOCAL LAW CHANGING THE MEETING DATE OF THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW OF THE TOWN OF TAGHKANIC" (Local Law 1 of 2018), which local law modifies Local Law 1 of the year 2014 and establishes that the Board of Assessment Review for the Town of Taghkanic shall meet on the fourth Tuesday in May each year and thereafter as may be necessary to discharge its duties.
