Chip Northrup is a former planning manager at Atlantic Richfield and independent oil and gas investor for more than 30 years. He writes a blog about gas extraction and its effects. Kelly Branigan is a registered nurse and a licensed real estate broker who was instrumental in getting the town of Middlefield to ban fracking.
