Last year, nearly 100 volunteers gathered to plant hundreds of native trees and shrubs at the Taghkanic Community Forest. This year, we’ll get the site ready for its big day – opening to the public June 6 as part of National Trails Day!

Lunch will be provided at noon, along with an overview of the property, plans for opening, and opportunities to support the long-term care of the public site. Volunteers are welcome to stay as long as they can, but registration is required to plan accordingly for lunch!
