Ed Klinger, co-founder of the Van Hoesen House Historical Foundation, will discuss the history and the ongoing work of preserving the historic Jan Van Hoesen House. Klinger has been a builder specializing in accurate historic restorations for more than 40 years, an interest cultivated by the Van Hoesen house in Klinger as a child growing up in Columbia County in the 1960s. This presentation is the latest in the Hudson Area Library's Local History Speaker Series.
