Basilica Hudson closes its 2018 season with a celebration of the arrival of winter and an interactive musical procession of candles, humans and myths. The whole family is invited to take some quiet time out of the modern world, into the candlelit past. The event is open to all. Hot cider, tea and apple cider donuts will be available to purchase. Attendees should dress warmly for this reframing and recreation of the ritual as a celebration of the natural environment as the season changes.

Produced in partnership with Harpooned Productions, Winter Spiral will be a large-scale installation and multidisciplinary performance featuring music, movement, sculpture and ritual and drawing on ancient traditions.
