The Planning Board of the Village of Philmont will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following: The application by The Philmont Beautification, Inc. for Site Plan Approval for a change in use to establish a retail establishment to provide a fresh food market in the community pursuant to Section 160-31 (B) (1) of the Code of the Village of Philmont. The applicant’s premise is at 116 Main Street, Philmont, NY (formerly Stewarts) and is owned by Stewarts Shops.
