The second largest incinerator company in the nation has proposed trucking tons of toxic incinerator ash to Smith Landing on Route 9W in Catskill. This event will provide information on the project, featuring a panel with former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Judith Enck, Paul Gallay with Hudson Riverkeeper, and geologist and Catskill resident David Walker.
