Huckleberry Binge is the collaboration of upstate New York musicians Jonah Simonak and William Meyer, San Fransisco-based drummer Jad Quesada-Khoury, and guitarist Gage Lyons from coastal Maine. Prior to the conception of Huckleberry Binge, Meyer was the leader of a successful New Paltz band called Urban Sprawl that focused on upbeat and complex musicianship, coupled with political, often scinti…llating and witty lyricism. Prior to Huckleberry Binge, Simonak focused on solo performances and acoustic, DIY recording with the addition of computer-generated instrumentation, reversed resonance, and subtle, ambient intonations. Quesada-Khoury played heavy drums in a San Francisco-based punk/classic rock group Shotgun before joining forces with Huck. Lyons has (until recently joining Huck) kept himself busy locally with home recordings and solo performances around midcoast Maine. http://huckleberrybinge.bandcamp.com/album/huckleberry-binge-demo
