An artist talk with Asya Reznikov. The Russian-born, New York-based artist, makes the viewer reconsider how culture and a sense of place can inform our own sense of identity. Her photographs are not altered or applied images but “relocations” suggesting integration and connectedness between cultures. She will discuss her past and present work including glass and video installation. Asya Reznikov is a featured artist in the "State of Mind" exhibition at Thompson Giroux Gallery. She is represented by the Nancy Hoffman Gallery in NYC. The Gallery is open 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Thursday-Monday.
