One can learn about wild mushrooms by accompaning an experienced mushroom person into the field. Bob Beyfuss is a retired Extension Educator with many years experience. Beyfuss will talk about the mushrooms he recognizes and discuss their edible, medicinal, and other usages. After the walk, mushrooms will be sorted and identified. In the event of extended dry conditions the forays may be re-scheduled. There is a limit of 10 participants for this program.
