Participants will explore the grounds at the Extension Center, learn about the value of woodlands and fields in a new way and discover wild edibles. Presenters Tusha Yakovleva, Rob Handel, and Tracey Testo will be your guides to what is available on a seasonal basis and how to collect food without disturbing or endangering plant population. Following the walk, we'll move inside for a cooking lesson with Chef Rob. Locally foraged goods will be available for samples and during a Q and A to wrap up the day.
