Offered at no cost to Greene and Columbia county residents, Common Ground is offering this workshop to tenants, landlords, and agencies with information about safe, clean and secure housing tenants rights, and other topics. A panel of experts, including an attorney, a tenants rights organization, a credit advisor, a human rights expert, and others, will provide you with information you need to know to help keep your housing. They include: Frank Cuthbert, Larry Krajeski from Catskill Mt Housing, Flo Ohle from Community Action; Bill Fisher from Columbia County Human rights (housing); Doug Coleman, Esq.; a mediator and a realtor.
